We can deliver or provide training in how to deliver the Interoception Curriculum by Kelly Mahler, a 25-week program that helps children tune into sensory and internal signals such as feedback from the environment, their own breathing, skin, hunger, bowel and emotional states. This curriculum is ideal for TA’s to integrate into ELSA or social-emotional groups, fostering mindfulness and self-regulation through simple, accessible activities.
